Leila Izem
Passionate about contemporary art and dance, Leila is currently a student in Cultural Production program at the IESA University. While doing a research on new approaches to exhibition curation, Leila is involved with several organizations that aim to democratize art for a diverse public including people with disabilities.
Previously, she served as a mission leader of the Salon des Beaux Arts to assist Japanese artists and ensure an optimal artistic program during the art fair. Interested in the fields of folklore from all over the world, she hopes to build strong relationships with arts institutions in France and abroad as a way of bringing awareness about the importance of cultural heritage. After her graduation, she plans to work in Japan on social issue projects with minorities. |
