L'AiR Arts is pleased to welcome you to the Atelier 11 for an Open Studio event to discover the research processes of our current residents: an international scholar Rosanna Neuhausler and Paris-based artist Didier Clain.
Currently completing her dissertation work, Rosanna joins us from California to engage with artistic methodologies for the purpose of communicating her science. Her research utilizes satellite-derived data to delineate urbanization trends and their potential impact on marine systems. Inspired by the layers of Atelier 11, Rosanna presents her work anchored in its historical and current context.
After collaborating with L'AiR Arts as part of Drawing Now, Didier returns to the Atelier 11 to connect with the space and its history. The artist decided to explore different media, focusing on works on paper to share some exotic (def: very different, strange, or unusual) content and narratives. Working side by side on their individual projects, Rosanna and Didier engaged on various topics underlining their creative process and look forward to sharing it with you. |
